Report summaryThe Kalinovac field was discovered by INA in 1978, with exploration well Kal-2. The field lies in the Drava Depression in northern Croatia, close to the border with Hungary in the southwestern part of the Pannonian Basin, one of the major producing basins within Central Europe. It has a deep (>3,000 metres), high pressure / high temperature (HP/HT) reservoir and is the second-largest gas condensate field discovered in Croatia after Molve.
