Lou Gehrig (EB 598) is a small oil and associated gas field located in the East Breaks protraction area of the Western Gulf of Mexico. It shares Block EB 598 with Don Larsen, which is located in the southeastern corner of the block (see separate analysis). Lou Gehrig has been developed as a single-well subsea tie-back to the Boomvang truss spar, located approximately 3 kilometres (2 miles) to the southeast.
