The NC100 development lies onshore in the Ghadames Basin. The licence area is operated by Agoco and consists of several oil and gas fields. The exploration block was originally awarded to Geokom (also known as BOCO - the Bulgarian Oil Company) as sole concessionaire in 1982. The company had success with a string of Silurian Acacus oil and gas discoveries throughout the 1980s.
