Report summary
The NC29 and NC74 blocks are located in Libya's Sirte Basin. Occidental made several oil discoveries within the blocks which were brought onstream between 1978 and 1986. Production peaked at 65,000 b/d in the mid-1980s. The fields are now mature, and production declined before shut-in in 2014 due to the civil war.
