Report summary

Platypus is located in the Southern Gas Basin and lies around 24 kilometres southeast of the Cleeton field. It will be developed with two wells and a normally unmanned installation (NUI) platform. We assume that Platypus will tie-back to the Cleeton field via a new-build 24 kilometre pipeline. Gas will then be transported along the Cleeton-Dimlington pipeline to the Perenco-operated Dimlington Gas Terminal. We assume that Platypus will reach FID in mid-2019, with first production in mid-2021.
