Report summary

The PM5 (Larut Area) development acreage contains the Larut field. The field was discovered in September 1990 and was originally considered to be economically marginal until a new facility design and project execution plan led to cost savings. It was brought onstream in February 2002. Produced oil and gas is exported via Guntong by two 100 kilometre pipelines.
