Report summary

The Q/1-B gas field was discovered by Conoco in October 2001 and was subsequently appraised in 2002. Fast-track development was initiated, with production beginning in October 2003. The original development involved a minimum-facilities platform tied back to the gas processing facilities on the Hoorn platform in block Q/1.
