Sakhalinmorneftegaz (SMNG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rosneft operating on Sakhalin Island (Russia's Far East). As well as holding licences to most of the small, mature, onshore fields on Sakhalin, it is also the body through which Rosneft participates in the Sakhalin-1 project. This report covers only the projects operated by SMNG and North Chaivo, which is operated by Exxon Neftegaz via a service contract.
