Report summary

Block SC14B contains the Matinloc Libro and Pandan fields. The three fields were developed together with Libro and Pandan producing minor quantities of oil from a single well on each field. Libro and Pandan were shut in in 1988 and 1991 respectively. The Matinloc field was brought onstream in 1982. The field was shut in in 1991 due to declining production. In July 1995 it was reactivated by working over two wells.
