Scolty and Crathes
Report summary
The small Scolty and Crathes oil fields are in the Central North Sea. The fields were sanctioned in 2015 and developed as subsea tiebacks to the Kittiwake platform. Production started in 2016.Scolty is nine kilometres north of Crathes, and Crathes is 17 kilometres northwest of the Kittiwake platform.Oil is exported to Kittiwake and commingled with the crude from the Greater Kittiwake Area fields before being exported via the Forties Pipeline System.
