Tomeas Assets owns the Sorochynska gas and condensate field in East Ukraine. The field was originally discovered and developed by the Soviet Union until water encroachment led to its abandonment in 1991.In 2011, Prime-Gas, a fully-owned subsidiary of Hawkley Oil & Gas, attempted to redevelop the field with new wells.
