Report summary

The Stybarrow Area consists of the Stybarrow and Eskdale oil fields. The two fields are in the offshore Exmouth Sub basin of the Carnarvon Basin around 100 kilometres from the Western Australian coast. With a water depth of 825 metres Stybarrow was the deepest oil development in Australia. A Final Investment Decision (FID) was taken in November 2005 and production started in 2007.
