Report summary
Togo is a small country located to the east of Ghana and west of Benin. Only seven exploration wells have been drilled, and one small discovery made. Lomé was found in 1969, but due to low volumes and infrastructure constraints it is considered uncommercial.Togo shares similar geology to offshore western Nigeria, but its position at the eastern end of the West African Transform Margin (WATM), with a narrow continental shelf and steep drop off to ultradeep water, makes the ...
