Total and ExxonMobil have announced a swap deal involving a number of Norwegian assets. Total acquired ExxonMobil's interest in the Oseberg area and the Dagny development. In exchange, ExxonMobil receives Total's share in the Statfjord Øst field, Tordis and Vigdis area fields, Sygna, and Snorre, in addition to an undisclosed but 'minor' cash compensation.
