Tullow acquires E.O. Group's interests in Ghana for US$305 million

West Cape Three Points contains four of the high profile discoveries made offshore Ghana over recent years - the Jubilee, Odum, Teak and Mahogany Deep fields. This deal will see Tullow increase its equity in the block by 3.5% to 26.4%, and its effective interest in the giant Jubilee field (which is unitised across the neighbouring block) by 1.75% to 36.5%. Production from Jubilee began in December 2010, and ongoing phased development across the block should see output peak in 2017. ...
