Wheatstone LNG - upstream
Report summary
Wheatstone LNG is a 10.4 mmtpa two-train LNG development which will be supplied from the Chevron-operated Wheatstone and Iago fields and the Woodside-operated Julimar and Brunello gas fields, located in the offshore Carnarvon Basin. A Final Investment Decision (FID) was taken in September 2011. First LNG was achieved in October 2017 and the second train was brought onstream in June 2018. Domestic gas production began in March 2019.
