Report summary
Eni operates the small onshore Zingali field in the Lower Congo Basin. The oil field was discovered on the Kouilou exploration licence and is located close to Eni's M'Boundi field. A ring-fenced PSC was awarded in 2010 and production began soon after.Zingali produces extremely minor volumes from a few wells. Output is piped to facilities at M'Boundi, for export via the Djeno terminal.Zingali is a low-priority asset in Eni's Congo portfolio. It is a comparatively small discovery, but was fast-tracked for development because of its proximity to the M'Boundi hub.
