Can I see a sample of the report?
Yes. Click on the 'Download sample report' button on the product description page to see a sample of the report you wish to purchase.

Can I share a report?
Sharing purchased reports depends on the licence type you buy. If you select a 'site licence' or 'enterprise licence', you can share the report with colleagues, after purchase. If you select 'single user licence', you are not entitled to share a report. Please read the following section.

Before purchasing, you can share the summary of the report. Click the 'Share with a colleague' link on the product description page and enter the recipient's name and email address to share the report details.

What are the differences between the licence types?
We offer three different licence types for our reports.

1. Single user licence - allowing only you to access this report and its accompanying files.
2. Site licence - entitles you, and colleagues in your organisation at the same physical location, to use this report and its accompanying files.
3. Enterprise licence - allowing all employees in your organisation to use this report and its accompanying files. You are not entitled to share the report or its accompanying files with any affiliate company.

How can I use the information obtained from the reports?
You can copy the report or extracts thereof into new files and distribute to other users in accordance with the applicable licence (with the exception of a single user licence) and otherwise use the report for internal business purposes only. Where you use any information contained in the report, you must ensure it is clearly attributed to Wood Mackenzie, for example,

"The [chart/graph/table/information] was obtained from [name of Report - Date], a product of Wood Mackenzie".

You are prohibited from sharing our reports with any third parties without prior written consent from Wood Mackenzie.

How will I receive my report?
We offer instant digital download, so you can immediately start benefitting from reports and data you purchase. Straight after you buy a report, you'll receive an email with a link to download the report and any related data files.

What format(s) do the reports come in?
You'll receive your report(s) as a PDF and all related data as Excel files.

When will I receive my report?
You'll receive your report(s) immediately. If you haven't received your report(s) within 30 minutes of your transaction, please contact our customer services team.
To ensure your digital download reaches your email and not your spam or trash folder, please whitelist our email address domain, @woodmac.com. You can check with your email service to find out how to whitelist.

What is Wood Mackenzie's return policy?

Can I talk to the analyst who wrote the report?
No. This option is only available to clients who subscribe to our services. Please contact us if you wish to find out more about subscribing.

Is the payment process secure?
Yes. We're committed to making your digital purchases secure and we take special steps to ensure you and your credit card are safe. We are PCI Compliant, meaning there's no risk of your personal data or credit card information being stolen. Using your credit card on our site is 100% safe, and because we don't store credit card numbers, there's no chance of unauthorised access or the numbers being stolen.
We use Verisign SSL Certificates that meet the highest standard in the internet security industry for secure transactions. This certificate establishes a private communication channel enabling encryption of the data during transmission.

Why should I create an account?
Creating an account allows you to view your order history and download previous reports you've purchased, as well as save time on faster checkout in the future. You can also set your preferences so we can tell you about new content you're interested in, and promotional offers.

What if I'm having trouble logging in?

Can I pay for this report in another currency?
Yes. Our site shows prices in a number of currencies - US dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Singapore dollars and Australian dollars. Simply select your preferred currency from the drop-down menu next to the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page.

Is tax added to my order?
Local taxes will be applied to all orders outside the European Union. We add all applicable taxes to these orders at check out, depending on where you are located.

Can I be invoiced for my order and pay later?
No. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we don't send your report(s) until full payment has been taken.

How do I subscribe to Wood Mackenzie?
If you're interested in upgrading to a subscription with us, please contact our customer services team. Subscribing with Wood Mackenzie means you get access to our analysts, automatic updates of reports, as well as a dedicated account management team.

What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we offer a number of payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB.
• Sofort, Wire transfer, GiroPay (Germany), iDEAL (Netherlands), Alipay (China).
• PayPal (if using PayPal, your invoice will be sent to your PayPal account).

I get an error message when trying to unzip my downloaded files?
If you have downloaded purchase report files to a local file directory on your computer, and try to unzip them, you may receive an error message such as "warning: filename too long—truncating". We recommend you move the downloaded zip file to your C:\ root directory and unzip from there. You can then transfer the unzipped files to any other directory folder.
