Topic for discussion will include:

  • Geopolitics vs. green deals: navigating the shifting political climate for investing in power and renewables
  • Capital flows and bankability- where will renewables investment capital be allocated in 2025?
  • Designing energy market reform to accommodate renewables and enable investment
  • Power curves ‘101’ - How to read, interpret, and challenge forecasts as an investor
  • Battery storage; How do you finance a fundamentally flexible asset?
  • Negative prices, positive returns? How investors manage negative power pricing
  • How do we achieve enough investment in grid reform, connections, and upgrades?
  • What do utilities mean when they talk about grid ‘innovation’?
  • Does hybridisation create real value - or just complexity?
  • Pricing in resiliency and supply chain risks - what investors need to know
