The duration of the outage following the cyberattack on 7 May 2021 is uncertain. Dominion and Duke Energy’s decision to pull the plug on ACP comes after the cancellation of the Constitution Pipeline in February and state water permit denial effectively scuppering the Northeast Supply Enhancement project in May.
