About the event
Organised by AMEXHI, Convención Nacional Petrolera 2026 brings together representatives from the federal government, state governments, regulators, academia, industry bodies, opinion leaders, students and international experts to discuss Mexico’s energy development and the role of the hydrocarbons industry.
The 2026 edition also marks the event’s 10th anniversary, underscoring its position as an established platform for strategic dialogue across the sector. Held under the theme “Energía que nos une”, this year’s convention will focus on the issues that matter most to companies operating across Mexico’s energy landscape. From current sector challenges and investment priorities to the wider role of hydrocarbons in national growth, the event is designed to deliver relevant discussion, senior-level networking and practical industry insight.
