Kusum is a analyst within Wood Mackenzie’s APAC power & renewables team, with expertise in long-term power dispatch modelling, electricity market analysis, and strategic research. She focuses on evaluating APAC power markets, conducting data-driven analysis, report writing, retail tariff assessments, and Indian open-access market analysis.​

Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Kusum worked at Schneider Electric for three years, where she focused on the Australian, Singaporean, New Zealand, and Japanese energy markets. Her primary responsibilities included sourcing & procuring electricity and gas for commercial and industrial customers, conducting in-depth market research and preparing reports.​
