Noble Pendergrass is the Principal Economist covering Wood Mackenzie’s Americas upstream research. He is based in Houston, TX.
Since leaving Midstream finance, Noble has worked with Wood Mackenzie for a decade covering taxation shifts in the United States, Canada, Central and Latin America. His research has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Oil and Gas Journal, and the Ecuador Times amongst others. His consultancy work has included government bodies in Egypt, Mexico, Ecuador, Canada, and Colombia as well as numerous mid and large-cap oil companies.
Noble holds a Masters Degree in Business from Tulane University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst in good standing.
