Renaud is an expert in strategic performance improvement and leads Wood Mackenzie’s upstream consulting practice in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
His detailed knowledge of operational strategy, performance improvement, organisational improvement and change management comes from more than two decades advising majors, national oil and gas companies and oilfield services providers on their upstream operations.
An acknowledged expert in the sub-Saharan operating environment, Renaud has advised several of the region’s leading national oil companies and governments on how to establish, develop and implement growth strategies and accompanying policy frameworks in their upstream oil and gas operations.
Renaud has 21 years’ experience in consulting and analysis, having spent seven years with Schlumberger Business Consulting prior to joining the Wood Mackenzie team in 2013. He began his career in industry consulting at AT Kearney in Paris.
