Shatha is a Director in Wood Mackenzie’s Consulting team based in the Middle East. An expert in long-term strategy development, she has led several projects for energy and metals authorities, national operators, NGOs and private players, addressing issues both in the Middle East and globally.
Her experience ranges from developing national mining strategies and setting up organisational and operational improvement PMOs, to advising on long-term fuel support policies and price reform strategies.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Shatha was a consultant at Charles River Associates where she worked on consulting projects across the energy value chain. She has also worked in investment banking and private equity in the United States and the Middle East.
