Regional production will increase another 3% in 2020 – to 6.3 million boe/d (50% liquids and 50% sales gas). Tengizchevroil expansion in Kazakhstan will once again dominate investment. Its capital expenditure may have peaked in 2019, but another US$8 billion will be spent in the year to come.
