Haotian is an analyst on our carbon mitigation research team based in Beijing. He delivers high-quality research and analytics to policymakers, project developers, and investors. His primary focus is on building valuation models, tracking and analyzing CCUS and carbon offset project development information, and interpreting market and regulatory trends in APAC region. Haotian's expertise lies in his systematic understanding of the interplay between policies, economics, and technology in carbon mitigation.
Before joining Wood Mackenzie, Haotian gained valuable experience working with think tanks and non-profit organisations, where he contributed to research and advisory projects centered on nature-based solutions and emissions reduction initiatives in emerging markets.
