Neus is a hydrogen-focused associate within Wood Mackenzie’s power & renewables department. She specialises in hydrogen project valuation, delivering detailed techno-economic assessments of low-carbon hydrogen projects. Her work involves analysing key financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, project-level LCOH and conducting comprehensive cash flow modeling. As part of this framework, she identifies revenue streams, estimates total project costs and performs fiscal assessments to determine applicable subsidies. Her analyses help uncover real-world hydrogen business cases, evaluate project competitiveness and offer insights into project advantages and limitations.
Before joining Wood Mackenzie, Neus held a position in the Market Development team at Haldor Topsoe, where she conducted competitive and market intelligence across relevant markets to feed into go-to-market strategies.
