Yanqi is focused on power dispatch modelling and long-term power market dynamics forecasting for Southeast Asia. He also produces reports and insights on various regional generation technologies.
Yanqi has four years of experience in solar power in APAC countries, including Vietnam, South Korea and Cambodia. Before joining Wood Mackenzie in 2022, he worked as an investment supervisor at Trina Solar, responsible for solar project development, valuation and acquisition. He was also involved in the EPC management of solar projects.
