Ethylene spot prices remain fairly steady in November as ethane prices and production costs fall, allowing for some margin recovery for US ethylene producers. Crude oil prices continue to drop, causing international ethylene prices and domestic LPG values to drop as well. Indorama has begun commissioning their Lake Charles steam cracker.
