Propylene global monthly market overview January 2021
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Global propylene prices continued to rise through early January on surging derivative demand but flattened by the end of the month. US propylene surged well above other regions, Asia began opportunistically exporting to the Americas, while Europe also looked to imports to help cover the coming turnaround season and strong demand. Global demand from derivatives is strong, pushing up global propylene margins, but how long can the good times last? Please see our first report of 2021 for our commentary and outlook.
