Beyond oversupply - where next for the global LNG market?
Report summary
The global LNG market is currently experiencing a period of over-supply compared with previous years, which has resulted in prices falling dramatically. Largely as a result of additional inflows of LNG into the domestic gas grid, European gas prices have also fallen substantially. With high inventory in European storage facilities, the question naturally arises: Where next for the global LNG market? This presentation was given at Wood Mackenzie's Japan Gas Forum in Tokyo on Wednesday 26th June.
