In response to the latest pipeline development risks in the Northeast region, we have proposed an alternate pipeline buildout view to our base case to stress test availability spare capacity in the region. The Northeast region looks to be over-piped as a whole even with additional pipeline delays and cancelations, but not all pipe delays are created equal. Each pipeline delay will have its own impact on the region and certain basis points could experience temporary or seasonal constraints as early as next winter. Higher production forecast could also result sooner-than-expected price constraints in the Northeast.
