Report summary
After a drop between March and May, European gas demand continues to recover through the summer as restrictions are gradually eased. In particular, gas-for-power benefits from the record-low wholesale gas prices. Our weekly update includes a refresh of daily gas demand and power load data for Germany, UK, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Poland. Together, these markets account for three-quarters of European gas demand.
