Commodity Market Report
North America gas markets weekly update: November contract reaches $3.26
Report summary
A cool October is exactly what bulls would want to see and it appears that HDD totals will be higher than normal this month. This will prevent inventories from re-building above 3,300 bcf this year and guarantee that inventories will be far below the five-year average heading into the winter. However, injections appeared larger than normal over the past few days in spite of above normal heating degree days. We may seen surprisingly strong injections until colder weather arrives.
