Winter has come to an end. Heating loads are seasonally falling off to shoulder season lows. Injection season is starting but is so far not impressive as supply declines maintain tighter market fundamentals. Production curtailments must remain intact to continue to chip away at the substantial storage surplus, especially before peak summer power loads arrive in earnest. This weekly natural gas commodity report seeks to explore: • Where are storage levels at to start the injection season? • Are production curtailments continuing? • Why have LNG feedgas levels fallen?
