In our August monthly update of the gas, coal and power markets in South East Asia, we highlight a new number of deals signed by PERTAMINA and PTT to secured LNG from the IOCs. We also look at the development of Indonesia's small scale LNG project and the reason for the low utilisation in PGN's Lampung FSRU. Other key events taking place this month include a proposed terminal in Myanmar, gas projects starting up in Vietnam and the expiry of Shell and Mitsubishi's interest in MLNG Dua.
