Pacific Rubiales Energy and Exmar planned to build the world's first FLNG project near Tolu, Colombia, called Caribbean FLNG (also La Creciente FLNG). The small-scale liquefaction project consisted of a single 0.5 mmtpa train on a dedicated floating liquefaction, regasification and storage unit (FLRSU).
