Report summary
On 6 December 2013, Cheniere Energy signed an SPA to supply 0.8 mmtpa of LNG to Pertamina for 20 years, priced at 115%HH + 3.50/mmbtu on an FOB basis. It is intended that the LNG will be supplied from Cheniere’s proposed greenfield Corpus Christi liquefaction project from 2018. Cheniere also announced a conditional EPC contract with Bechtel for the facility, costed at some US$800/t for the first two trains.
