Report summary
Prices decline and bearish sentiment returns with NCS maintenance set to fully wrap up Prices receded as of 12 July, probing closer to late-May’s levels prior to the NCS maintenance outages. Since last week, TTF and NE Asia August decreased by ~15% and ~14%, respectively. TTF decreased by ~8.5% on average in the winter months while NE Asia only softened by ~1.5%. NE Asia has taken a firm premium now, but it remains to be seen if this will hold as several countries in Asia face mild demand and higher-than-average inventory for this time of year. Henry Hub remains relatively steady, pulling back by ~$0.10 since last week.
