July TTF prices remained steady this week, closing at approximately $10.7/mmbtu. The cross-basin arbitrage between Northeast Asian DES and TTF narrowed. UK LNG inventories have hit a two-year high, reaching 89% capacity, including the combined South Hook and Dragon terminals at Milford Haven port and the Isle of Grain. Underground storage increased to 72%, potentially due to colder weather in Northwest Europe driving some demand. Additionally, Germany’s 5.8 million tonnes per year Stade import terminal is slated for commissioning in the latter half of the year.
