Report summary
Strong storage restocking in Europe and Japan, rebounding LNG send-out, and a return of strict Chinese lockdowns hit prices TTF fell to $62 intraday on Thursday, erasing all of last week’s rally which catapulted TTF to as high as $90 at one point after Gazprom’s Nord Stream maintenance announcement. The fall in prices was spurred by a confluence of bearish factors across European, Asian and North American gas markets.
