Commodity Market Report
Global gas & LNG weekly summary: 20 Apr 2023
Report summary
TTF and NE Asia curves both decreased overall week-over-week. TTF still holds a premium through the end of the year, but the summer premium has weakened substantially since last week. Henry Hub is still holding steady, coming in this week at $2.2. Robust injections continued again this week around the globe as there may have been some early signs of tightening in US and Asia gas markets. We will need to see if these early signs were an anomaly or the fundamental result of weakening prices.
