Project activity: Low commodity prices caused several projects to be suspended or cancelled (Douglas Channel, North-Shore and St. John LNG) FERC Queue: Texas LNG filed its formal application. FERC rejected the application by Jordan Cove and Pacific Connector pipeline.   FID tracker: Shell deferred FID at LNG Canada until end-2016; Elba Island moving closer to FID with award of EPC contract to IHI E&C; regulatory delay at Pacific NorthWest Marketing: Preliminary tolling agreements announced at Jordan Cove (3.0 mmtpa) and SPA at Calacasieu Pass (1.0 mmtpa)
