Ophir switches to Golar to progress Fortuna FLNG
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Ophir and Golar have signed a 'binding' commercial agreement for the provision of a tolling facility for the Fortuna FLNG project in Equatorial Guinea. The JV's previous midstream MOU with Excelerate Energy was terminated. Parallel upstream and midstream FEEDs have commenced. Plant capacity has been scaled back, but first gas has been accelerated and upstream costs reduced. The upshot is a leaner, more commercially attractive project.
