Tokyo Gas and Centrica have announced a joint Heads of Agreement (HOA) to purchase LNG from Mozambique Area 1. The two-train 12.88 mmtpa project is led by Anadarko (26.5%) in partnership with Mitsui (20%), national oil company ENH (15%), Beas Rovuma Energy (15%), Bharat Petroleum (10%), ONGC (10%) and PTTEP (8.5%).
