The Panama Canal is presently being expanded, offering Atlantic basin LNG quicker and cheaper access to premium Pacific markets.  However as the scale of potential US LNG exports grows, worries are emerging that the expanded capacity will be insufficient to enable all the US LNG to flow to Asia.  We present our own views.
