Last week we attended the Advanced Automotive Battery Conference (AABC) in Wiesbaden, Germany. Delegate numbers were comparable with previous years, yet the mood seemed more subdued than in the past – perhaps a function of recent disappointing EV sales data from China. Overall the various presentations and conversations with delegates confirmed many of the views we have been outlining, while highlighting some new interesting points to watch.
