Line 13 (Sala 8) was scheduled for commissioning in 2009-2010, but has been pushed back. By Q1 2011, about 1/3 of the total capex had been dispersed. On the restart of construction work, the line will take about 18 months to complete and will use the same VSS 127kA technology. Due to high power tariffs we have removed Line 13 from our base case.
