This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
On July 23rd, China's Ministry of Commerce released a 123-page report, seen by Wood Mackenzie, stating its intent to investigate the anti-dumping allegations from a group of domestics mills regarding select stainless steel products imported from Europe, Japan, Korea and Indonesia. Given the named products under investigation, it is clear that such products are coming from the world's newest and largest stainless mill of Tsingshan Indonesia at Morowali in Sulawesi. While production cost for stainless slab is significantly lower in Indonesia, will anti-dumping duties be applied?
